But seriously. Mason jars are so cute and fun and therefore mason jar breakfasts are in my permanent rotation. My absolute favs:
Today I’m comin ‘atcha with another mason jar breakfast: Strawberry Chia Pudding Parfait. This breakfast is similar to a yogurt and granola breakfast, but it’s dairy-free and so much healthier! Layers of thick Greek-style Vanilla Chia Pudding are layered with pureed strawberry and banana, all topped with fresh strawberry slices (and crunchy granola if you like!)

It’s just over a week until Valentine’s Day and I love any excuse to celebrate love! (And with the world in the crazy state that it is, we could all use a little more love.)
J and I don’t make a fuss for Valentine’s Day, but we do always make a delicious dinner together and pop open a nice bottle of wine. I also love to make a heart-shaped celebratory breakfast. Last year I made heart-shaped Lemon Ricotta pancakes, and this year, we’re having these heart-shaped Strawberry Breakfast Pastries.

I normally make regular ol’ Cinnamon Rolls, but this time I decided to put a Valentine’s Day spin on my go-to recipe and use strawberry jam as the filling – because all things pink and red are Valentine’s Day festive, right?!
These Strawberry Sticky Buns are like soft fluffy pillows rolled together with gooey strawberry jam, and then drizzled with a tangy lemon glaze.
