Ingredients
handful spinach, washed and dried
(approx 1/2 cup)
half a banana
1
orange, peeled and cubed
1
cup
almond/cashew/other milk
(alternatively, use 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup milk/water)

teaspoon
vanilla

teaspoon
flax seeds
1
pitted medjool date,
for sweetness (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and process at high-speed. Pour into a glass and drink!
