Ingredients
1peach
olive oil or coconut oil,for brushing
honey
granola
vanilla yogurt(or try vanilla ice cream!)
Instructions
To grill peaches:
Cut the peach in half, remove the pit, brush it all over with a dot of oil. Place peach halves on a medium-high grill, flipping once, for approximately 5-8 minutes, until soft.
To assemble:
Set grilled peach halves in 2 bowls. Drizzle with honey, and top with a spoonful of yogurt and a handful of granola. Serve.
