Tropical Overnight Oats

Let's get tropical! My favourite Overnight Oats recipe gets made over with mango and coconut. Recipe makes one half-pint mason jar.

  • ½ cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy works)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • half a mango, chopped
  • ½ cup rolled oats


  1. In a half pint (8 oz) mason jar, stir together milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, coconut flakes, and mango. Add oats and stir again, making sure all oats are moistened.
  2. Screw on mason jar lid and set in refrigerator overnight (approximately 8 hours).

  3. In the morning, gently stir, and eat!

Psst, if you have coconut extract, stir in a small splash for extra tropical flavour!
