Earl Grey Oatmeal

Earl Grey Oatmeal is special because its flavour really does taste like tea. I've used double bergamot earl grey tea for even more citrusy, bergamot flavour!

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

  • fresh blackberries, to serve

  1. In a medium-size pot, add water and milk and bring just to a simmer. Remove pot from the heat, add tea bags, and let tea steep for 10 minutes.

  2. Return the pot to the element, add the rolled oats, and again bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Let simmer for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until the oats begin to soften and the liquid is absorbed. Stir in 1 tablespoon honey.
